Brianna Hall is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with prescriptive authority, licensed in both Washington and Oregon. She is also credentialed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) and brings over 20 years of diverse nursing experience to her psychiatric practice.

Bri specializes in psychiatric medication management and supportive psychotherapy for children (ages six and up), adolescents, and adults through age 64. She works with individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, including Depression, Mood Disorders (such as Bipolar Disorder), Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Conduct Disorder (CD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Her clinical approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based care. While her primary role is medication management, Bri believes that psychotropic medications are most effective when combined with therapy. She encourages—though does not require—patients to engage in psychotherapy and values close collaboration with therapists, primary care providers, and other members of the care team to ensure comprehensive, individualized support.

Bri’s journey in healthcare began in 2000 when she earned her Licensed Practical Nurse certificate from Clark College. She went on to complete her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2001 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015. In 2023, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University, specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical background spans critical care, inpatient adult psychiatry, and outpatient community mental health, with particular depth in child and adolescent psychiatric care. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Having worked her way from the ground up, Bri brings a strong sense of humility, tenacity, and purpose to her role as a psychiatric provider. A lifelong learner, she remains committed to staying current with best practices and emerging research in the field of mental health. She enjoys working with individuals from all backgrounds and holds a special clinical interest in the mental health needs of women and children, adolescents, and young adults. Bri is especially passionate about supporting individuals with ADHD and is deeply invested in trauma-informed care—particularly for women impacted by intimate partner violence.

Bri is currently engaged in focused study on spiritual abuse and its impact on mental health, as part of her ongoing effort to better support individuals recovering from harmful or coercive religious experiences.

Outside of her clinical work, Bri enjoys time with her family and finds joy in the simple things—being in nature, baking, reading, and relaxing with a warm cup of tea or coffee. A lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest, she feels a deep connection to Washington and Oregon. Bri is a proud boy mom, an enthusiastic supporter at her kids’ sporting events, and shares her home with a quirky cat named Skippyjon Hall. Her favorite season is fall—she loves the crisp air and cozy sweaters. She and her family are enthusiastic Oregon State Beavers fans, and Saturdays in the fall are often spent cheering them on (win or lose!).

Above all, Bri is dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. She values building meaningful therapeutic relationships and works in partnership with each patient to develop care plans that honor their values, goals, and lived experience.
